By the end of 2024, over 185,000 home battery systems had been installed across Australia, reflecting a significant uptick in adoption as more households seek to maximise their solar investment and reduce reliance on the grid.
From 1 July 2025, small businesses and households with new or existing solar will be able to claim a 30% discount on battery systems up to 50kWh.
